The City of Parks
In 2022 our City was voted number one in Canada for Green Space. This is evident when you visit Prince Albert. We have a backyard in Little Red River Park of 1200 acres of playground and many parks, playgrounds and spray parks.
The City of Prince Albert has more than 1300 acres of parkland and over 35 parks. Read The Recreation Facilities and Parks Bylaw for more details on how the City provides for the use, maintenance and operation of the facilities and parks.
