The Energy Assistance Program run by SaskPower, is a free program for income qualified customers. The program provides a free home walk through, one on one energy coaching, tailored energy efficiency information the free installation of several energy efficient technologies. 2. Provincial Disaster Assistance Program
The Provincial Disaster Assistance Program (PDAP) is a Government of Saskatchewan program within the Ministry of Corrections, Policing and Public Safety. It was established to help residents, small businesses, agricultural operations, non-profit organizations and communities recover from natural disasters, including flooding, tornadoes, plow winds and other disasters caused by severe weather.
