City Hall has two areas that are available for rental:
- Memorial Square
- Foyer of City Hall (excluding weddings)
Memorial Square and City Hall Foyer
These locations can be booked for presentations, special events, press conferences or community events. To book your event, complete the Application to Use City Hall.
Applications must be approved by either the Director of Parks, Recreation & Culture (or designate) or City Council before the event. Please provide your application to Parks, Recreation & Culture a minimum seven days before any regular event.
If your event is considered commercial, political or religious in nature, a letter to Council is required. Requests for these types of special events will also need to be provided to Parks, Recreation & Culture a minimum fourteen days prior to the event for Council approval.
