This system streamlines communication and operations, ensuring prompt action, accurate tracking, and detailed reporting. Cityworks also helps organizations manage infrastructure and capital assets effectively.Submit concerns like those mentioned below as a Service Request (SR) directly into Cityworks. The request will appear on the Supervisor’s dashboard, allowing for prompt action, tracking, and reporting.
