The City of Prince Albert uses Cityworks, a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), to track all concerns efficiently. This system streamlines communication and operations, ensuring prompt action, accurate tracking, and detailed reporting. Cityworks also helps organizations manage infrastructure and capital assets effectively.

Submit concerns like those mentioned below as a Service Request (SR) directly into Cityworks. The request will appear on the Supervisor’s dashboard, allowing for prompt action, tracking, and reporting.
