The City of Prince Albert plays an important supporting role in many of our local events. City facilities and parks are often the site of events, including the Art Hauser Centre, Kinsmen Park, Little Red River Park, the Riverbank and City Hall and Memorial Square.
We also offer equipment rentals and where applicable. Non-profit organizations can apply for financial support for events through our Waiving of Fees and In-Kind Support Policy, using this application, and the Destination Marketing Fund Grant.
Event Calendar
The www.paevents.ca community calendar is the most comprehensive listing of events happening in Prince Albert.

Once your event is booked, consider submitting your event so it is listed on the calendar. This is helpful for planning events and for the promotion of your event.

Artist Payment Guidelines |
Prince Albert is a vibrant artistic and cultural community. We have many talented artists from visual to theatre, literature to media, and music to dance. When planning events, it is important to remember that artists need to be paid for their work. This is their profession, just like other professions. You wouldn't ask your dentist to check your teeth for free, or not pay for the security for your event. Both event organizers and artists need to consider the needs of the artists and show respect for their work with fair payment. Let's keep strengthening our artistic and cultural community. Please review these Artist Payment Guidelines for more details. |
