You can appeal a decision made by City Council or a Development Officer in relation to a proposed development permit or subdivision application, in accordance with the Zoning Bylaw. Appeals are heard by the Development Appeals Board, a quasi-judicial board appointed by Council under Section 214 of The Planning and Development Act, 2007.
