Family Day to Include Free Activities at City Facilities
Prince Albert, Sk. – Free activities will be offered at some City of Prince Albert Recreation Facilities on Monday, February 20th, in conjunction with Family Day in Saskatchewan.

Art Hauser Centre
- Free Public Skating – 10 AM – 11:30 AM
Alfred Jenkins Field House
- Free Gym Drop-In – 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Free Drop-In on Turf – 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Indoor shoes needed
Mann Art Gallery
- Free Family Art Drop-In – 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- All Ages are Welcome! (Children must be accompanied by an Adult)
- Visit the 47th Annual Winter Festival Art Show & Sale
Historical Museum
- Free Admission - 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Arts Centre
- FREE Family Day Drop-In Family Programs
- 1:00 – 2:00 PM Paint Pens
- 2:00 – 3:00 PM Pottery Pinch Pots
- All children must be accompanied by an adult. All supplies are included. First come, first serve (for supplies and instructor time).
- Visit the Micro and Macro of the Boreal Forest OSAC travelling exhibit at the John V. Hicks Gallery.
Little Red River Park
- Toboggan hills, hiking cross, country ski trails, snowshoeing, picnic sites and camp kitchens, including barbeque pits. Firewood is provided at no charge.
Outdoor Skating Rinks
- Outdoor skating is available at Community Club rinks at Carlton Park, Crescent Acres, Crescent Heights, East Hill, East End, Hazeldell, Midtown, Nordale and West Hill.
Regular and Paid Programming on Family Day
Frank J. Dunn Pool has lane swimming from 6:00 AM-8:30 AM; Public/lane swimming from 12:30 PM–7:00 PM (regular fees apply)
