Prince Albert’s Civic and In-City School Board election is Monday November 9, 2020. To assist voters, a voter brochure has been prepared to share important information about the Election including who can vote, how to vote, where to vote, and who your candidates are.
Voter brochures are being distributed city-wide this week through Canada Post.
“Our website pavotes.ca has the most comprehensive information available on the Election, but the brochure is a way to get the information in front of more people,” said Sherry Person, Returning Officer for the Prince Albert Election. “This document will give you the critical information you need to participate in the Election this year. “
The brochure also includes a polling map that shows voters where they vote on Election Day.
“You must vote based on the ward you live in,” added Person. “It’s important for residents to check the map to see where they need to go on Election Day.”
All voters can vote in the Advance Drive-Thru Polls at the Exhibition Centre. Your address will determine the ballot you are provided.
If a resident has questions about the upcoming election they are encouraged to contact the Election Office directly at (306) 953-4305 or by email at pavotes@citypa.com.
