Back to SearchAs an incentive to decrease paper bills, City Council approved an initiative on Feb 13th, 2023, to increase the number of people on e-billing: sign up for paperless e-billing during March, April or May and be entered to win one of two (2) $50.00 credits each month.
Two winners will be selected monthly (March to May) and notified by email that their utility bill will see a $50 credit. The incentive is now open and closes on May 31st, 2023.

Paperless e-billing occurs when you receive an emailed version of your bill instead of a paper bill. It contains the same information as your paper bill and can be viewed, downloaded, and saved in a PDF format.
