Notice of Poll: 2024 Municipal/In-City School Board Election

Notice is hereby given that:

1. A poll has been granted for the election of:

MAYOR of The City of Prince Albert;
FIVE (5) COUNCILLORS to represent Wards 1, 2, 4, 5 & 7 in The City of Prince Albert;
FIVE (5) IN-CITY BOARD MEMBERS of the Saskatchewan Rivers Public School Division No. 119

2. Voting will take place on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the polling places listed below.

3. I will declare the results of the election in Room 238 of City Hall at 1084 Central Avenue, Prince Albert, at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 15, 2024.

Public Notice is hereby given that provision has been made for an Advance Poll on the following locations, dates and times:

Alfred Jenkins Field House, Malhotra Room, 2nd Floor - 2787 10 Ave West, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan

Friday, November 1 – 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.;
Saturday, November 2 – 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.;

Drive Thru at Exhibition Grounds - 815 Exhibition Drive, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan

Friday, November 8 – 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, November 9 – 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

NOTICE OF MOBILE POLL

For those electors who are unable to attend in person at the designated polling place, or at an Advance Poll, because of a disability or limited mobility, or are the resident caregiver of those electors, application to vote in their home may be obtained online at www.pavotes.ca or from the Election Office, 2^nd Floor, City Hall, 1084 Central Avenue, phone (306)953-4305 or Email pavotes@citypa.com.

Applications must be returned to the Returning Officer, no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 29, 2024.
