Prince Albert, Sk. – For the first time, the Kinsmen Water Park will welcome your dog for a swim! Monday, August 22nd is the inaugural Lake Country Co-Op Dog Days at Kinsmen Water Park, the day after the park closes to the general public for the season.
There will be three sessions:
- for small and medium (under 60 lbs) dogs from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m.;
- for large (over 60 lbs.) dogs from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.;
- for all dogs, including people with multiple dogs, from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.
There will be a maximum of 40 dogs per session. You have to pre-register starting at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow, Tuesday, August 9th, by using the QR code listed below. Admission of a recommended minimum $2 donation to the Prince Albert SPCA/dog will be collected on August 22nd before you enter the park. Cash only.
Other rules of Lake Country Co-Op Dog Days:
- Dogs must have a valid City of Prince Albert dog license.
- Dogs must be accompanied by their owner (1 adult:1 dog)
- Vaccinated (Distemper, Hepatitis, Adenovirus, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza, and Rabies vaccine)
- Well-socialized
- Spayed/Neutered
- Participation in event is at you and your dog's own risk
- All patrons within the main pool fence must be 12 years of age or older
- Dogs should have trimmed nails.
