The City of Prince Albert would like to inform residents that the Financial Services counter on the main floor in City Hall will be closed for Software maintenance on December 30th, 2021, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. At this time, no payments can be accepted but a drop-box will be available for cash and cheque payments and these payments will be processed as soon as the software maintenance is done. Residents may request a receipt to be mailed out.
The following services will be unavailable during this time:
- Tax payments
- Water and Sewer payments
- Parking Ticket payments
- Bus passes
- Invoice payments
- New Water Accounts (Application and hook-ups)
- Impound Lot releases
