Residents are encouraged to take note and avoid planning a trip to City Hall on these dates where possible.
At this time, no payments can be accepted, but a dropbox will be available for cash and cheque payments, and these payments will be processed as soon as the software maintenance is done. Residents may request a receipt to be mailed out.
The following services will be unavailable during this time:

Emergency services:
The following ‘emergency’ services will still be available at the City Hall Cashier Counter including:
- Reclaim Your Vehicle – Seized Impound lot vehicles can still be paid for and reclaimed.
- Water shut-off requests – Payment will still be manually processed to turn the water back on.
- New water requests that currently don’t have water – new water hook-up requests will be processed manually.
- Parking ticket payments can still be dropped off at the dropbox. Any payments near the grace period will be assessed on a one-off basis once the system is operational.
These emergency services will be processed manually with hand-written receipts until the system is back up and operational.
All other services at City Hall will remain available. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank residents for their support and patience as we work to complete this important work.
