Back to SearchPublic Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Prince Albert intends to consider Bylaw No. 28 of 2024 to amend Bylaw No. 1 of 2019, known as the City of Prince Albert Zoning Bylaw.
Reason for the Amendment: At the City Council meeting to be held on Monday, October 7th, 2024, City Council intends to give all three (3) readings to Bylaw No. 28 of 2024. This bylaw proposes creating a contract zone for the property at 420 18th Street West, legally described as Lot 29, Block H, Plan 102128701 Ext. 0. The contract zone and related agreement (contract zoning agreement) will rezone the property from M2 – Small Lot Light Industrial to C2 – Small Lot Arterial Commercial, allowing for the development of a Shelter.
Therefore, City Council, at its meeting to be held on Monday, October 7th, 2024, at 5:00 p.m., will consider all submissions both written and verbal respecting the Public Hearing for the above bylaw. If you would like your written submission reviewed by City Council PRIOR to the meeting, it would be preferable if it were provided by 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday, October 1st, 2024. In accordance with City Council’s Procedure Bylaw No. 23 of 2021, any written submissions must be provided to the City Clerk. Verbal submissions shall be heard during the Public Hearing portion of the meeting.
