Back to SearchPublic Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Prince Albert intends to consider the sale of St/L 1, Plan 60PA04062 Ext. 2 and St/L 2, Plan G6438A for below market value to Metis Nation Saskatchewan. The subject parcel is identified within the dashed line below.
At its meeting held on December 16, 2024, City Council approved the closure of 30th Street West, located between 12th Avenue West and 10th Avenue West. The Purchaser intends to consolidate the subject parcel with the adjacent property to the south to facilitate future development of the combined parcels.
Therefore, City Council, at its meeting to be held on Monday, January 27th, 2025 at 5:00 p.m., will consider all written submissions. If you would like your written submission reviewed by City Council PRIOR to the meeting, it would be preferable if it were provided by 4:45 p.m. on Monday, January 21st, 2025. In accordance with City Council’s Procedure Bylaw No. 23 of 2021, any written submissions must be provided to the City Clerk. Verbal submissions shall be heard during the Public Hearing portion of the meeting.
