Prince Albert has been recognized as one of Canada’s top participating communities in Culture Days 2024, ranking 7th among small municipalities. With over 30 events and more than 1,800 participants, this year's celebrations showcased the city’s vibrant arts, culture, and heritage scene.
Culture Days 2024 achieved a record-breaking milestone, engaging over 5 million people—14% of the national population—through a diverse array of activities held in communities across the country.
“This recognition is an incredible honour and a testament to Prince Albert’s passionate commitment to supporting local arts, culture, and heritage,” says Tia Furstenberg, Arts & Culture Coordinator for the City of Prince Albert. “The success of Culture Days is due to the hard work of our community organizations, artists, volunteers, and supporters. I’m so proud of what we’ve accomplished together, and I can’t wait to see what we achieve in 2025.”
