The City is looking for all hands on deck – the pool deck! We’re calling former lifeguards, swimmers, triathletes to consider joining the lifeguard team. Whether you’re looking for a career change and full time hours or a way to stay fit in your retired life, being a lifeguard may be the opportunity you’re looking for.
“We planned some of the upcoming course times with parents in mind: the course starts after school drop off and ends with enough time to pick up kids from school,” said Lauren Haubrich, Recreation Coordinator – Aquatics.
Advance Courses in November – The City of Prince Albert is pleased to announce the addition of daytime advanced courses starting in November 2024. The advanced courses include Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross, and National Lifeguard – Pool. These are the main lifesaving and lifeguarding courses required to start a lifeguarding career with the City of Prince Albert at the Lake Country Coop Leisure Centre.
