New Page for City Meetings, Agendas and Live-streaming

The City of Prince Albert wants to notify residents of the new Meetings, Minutes and Agendas page for the City Council and its Committees. The new page will provide easy access to the calendar, agendas, minutes, and video content for upcoming and past meetings, improving navigation for residents.

Key Features of the New Page:

• Upcoming Meetings tab: Agendas will be posted by 4 p.m. on the Thursday before each meeting. Visit the "Upcoming Meetings" tab to stay informed about what will be discussed. The agenda will be linked as a PDF and an HTML.  When a meeting is live-streamed, it will have a "view live stream" icon beside the meeting date.
• Past Meetings tab: Minutes will be made available once officially approved at the subsequent meeting. The live-streamed meeting video will be attached for viewing the following day.
• Access to 2022/2023 Records: For 2022/2023 agendas and minutes, you can visit the pages for:
• Executive Meetings
• City Council Meetings
• Boards and Committees
• Live Streams: Live-streamed Meetings will feature a "view live stream" icon next to the meeting date, making watching proceedings in real time easy.
• Archived Live stream Content:
• For live streams before June 3, 2024, visit the City of Prince Albert Council and Committee Meetings Archive YouTube page. Please note that the YouTube channel will no longer be used for live streaming but will continue to host all past live streams.
• For live streams from June 3, 2024, and later, look for the "video" icon next to the meeting date under the "Past Meetings" tab.
