
The City of Prince Albert would like to inform residents that the Financial Services counter on the main floor in City Hall will be closed all day on Tuesday, January 7th, 2025, for software maintenance.
At this time, no payments can be accepted, but a drop-box will be available for cash and cheque payments, and these payments will be processed as soon as the software maintenance is done. Residents may request a receipt to be mailed out.
The following services will be unavailable during this time:
- Tax payments
- Water and Sewer payments
- Parking Ticket payments (Front Counter and Virtual payments)
- Business Licenses (Front Counter and Virtual payments)
- Bus passes
- Invoice payments
- New Water Accounts (Application and hook-ups)
Impound Lot payments will be available at the financial service counter.
