
Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Prince Albert intends to consider Bylaw No. 3 of 2025 to authorize the sale of a portion of Municipal Reserve Land for below market value, legally described as a portion of MR5, Plan No. 102255229, Extension 0. The subject parcel is identified within the red dashed line below.
Reason for the Bylaw: At the City Council meeting held February 24th, 2025, City Council considered an Offer to Purchase a portion of the subject Municipal Reserve Land, and Administration was authorized to provide Public Notification for a Public Hearing for Bylaw No. 3 of 2025. The developer intends to consolidate the portion of Municipal Reserve Land to better accommodate future residential development.
Therefore, City Council, at its meeting to be held on Monday, March 17th, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., will consider all submissions both written and verbal respecting the Public Hearing for the above bylaw. If you would like your written submission reviewed by City Council PRIOR to the meeting, it would be preferable if it were provided by 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday, March 11th, 2025. In accordance with City Council’s Procedure Bylaw No. 23 of 2021, any written submissions must be provided to the City Clerk. Verbal submissions shall be heard during the Public Hearing portion of the meeting.
