Kinsmen Water Park

New Pool Footprint copy

This past summer we said good-bye to the old pool, who served this community admirably since 1966 and provided thousands of city residents and guests the opportunity not only to cool off in the summer, but learn the basics of swimming with our annual swimming lessons.

However, the time had come to upgrade, and in the spring of this year, City Council approved the go-ahead for a new pool structure. The Kinsmen Water Park staff have taking this opportunity to identify new features that we know the citizens of Prince Albert will be excited to see come next summer. This will see the pool expand to include tot and leisure pools.

The design will allow all ages and abilities to enjoy the Kinsmen Pool. Youngsters and their families can explore the tot pool, while the Main Pool is designed so it can host swim meets in the future if that opportunity comes up.

We look forward to seeing the new pool in operation next summer!

Located on the corner of 28th Street and First Avenue West.

The park is open daily during the summer months, weather permitting. Private Bookings are accepted daily from 7:30 - 9:00 p.m. Call 306-953-4835 for available dates.

Inclement Weather Conditions
Every attempt will be made to keep the Kinsmen Water Park open during the designated hours of operation. However, if inclement weather forces closure of the facility, patrons will be issued a pass which will re-admit individuals to the pool again for the remainder of that day only.
