Utility bills may be paid in one of five ways:
- By Mail
Mail the bottom portion of your bill along with a cheque to City Hall – Water Dept, 1084 Central Avenue, Prince Albert, SK S6V 7P3.
- In Person
Payments may be paid to the cashier in the Financial Services department on the main floor of City Hall at 1084 Central Avenue. Acceptable methods of payment include cash, cheque and debit card (no credit cards). Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- In the Drop Box
After office hours, payments may be left in the drop box located outside the City Hall main door (west entrance). Cheque or money order only please. Note: Cash is not to be placed in the drop box.
- At your Financial Institution
Utility bills may be paid in person at your financial institution or through telephone or internet banking. Note: If you recently moved, remember to inform your financial institution of your new utility account number.
- Through the Monthly Installment Payment Plan Service (MIPPS) - MIPPS is a monthly installment payment plan which allows utility customers to make consecutive monthly payments at the beginning of each month for utilities as opposed to payments quarterly.
