Hours of Operation:
Monday to Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Named in memory of Bernice Sayese for a lifetime of selfless service to the community of Prince Albert, the Bernice Sayese Centre is a hub for recreational activities in the West Flat area of the city. The community centre's list of amenities includes a gymnasium, hall, meeting facility with kitchen, community preschool and outdoor children's playground equipment.

Anyone who lives in the West Flat area is more than welcome to come in and sign up for a free membership. You must be a member to vote at any membership meetings.

This meeting room is ideal for small to medium groups. A kitchen facility is available on site. 

The gymnasium is used for many recreational purposes including the City's Playground Program in July and August. 

Lions' ParkLions' Park

The Bernice Sayese Centre is conveniently located adjacent to Lions Park where there's plenty of open space to walk, run or play! The park features playground equipment as well as a spray park.


Skateboard FacilitySkateboard Facility

The centre offers youth the opportunity to work on their skateboarding skills.


West Flat Community PreschoolWest Flat Community Preschool

Summer Playground Program at Bernice Sayese Centre

The City of Prince Albert operates a free Playground Program Monday to Friday for part of the summer. Play leaders provide supervision and fun activities for children including water games, crafts and special events. For more information about the Playground Program, please call 306.953.4816.
