The City of Prince Albert Bylaw Enforcement Unit is responsible for the enforcement of municipal by-laws to ensure a safe, quiet and pleasant environment for all residents in the community.
Municipal Law Enforcement Officers investigate concerns such as noise complaints (e.g. barking dogs, loud music), property standards issues, littering/dumping and other matters concerning the City of Prince Albert Bylaws.

How to Make and Inquiry or Complaint
- In person at the By-law Office at the Prince Albert Police Service located at 45 - 15th Street West. Office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- By telephone at 953-4222 any time of day
- Through the Police Service's online contact form.
The By-law Office will require contact information for follow-up or, depending on the nature of the offence, to provide evidence and/or to appear as a witness in any court proceeding pertaining to the complaint made.
