City Launches “We’re All Ears” Customer Service Survey

During the month of April individuals visiting or phoning City Hall will be able to share their experience with the City of Prince Albert. The City has launched “We’re All Ears,” a campaign to encourage feedback about customer service at City Hall. The survey is now available online and in paper format at City Hall.  “The City is in the business of serving residents and we want to ensure our service level is living up to their expectations and to the City’s Strategic Plan” said Ken Leclaire, Director of Corporate Services for the City of Prince Albert. “In order to develop a course of action we need to first get an understanding of what residents are experiencing during their interactions with City Hall.”

Input gathered through the survey will be used to identify themes and opportunities for enhancement. “There may be some short term initiatives we can implement and capitalize on right away or there may be longer term initiatives that we need plan for in the future,” said Leclaire. “What is important is getting feedback from residents.”

The immediate focus of the customer service review will be on the visits and phone call experiences with City Hall, but input will be accepted from all residents who provide constructive feedback.
