Prince Albert, Saskatchewan – The Prince Albert & Area Potters Guild and the Prince Albert Woodturners Guild are teaming up with the Food Bank to support their Fill a Bowl fundraiser. Organizers of the third annual fundraiser are hoping its’ a great success again this year.

“The Potters Guild jumped at the chance to support the Food Bank again this year. We have approximately 110 bowls made by local potters at the Arts Centre over the last few months.”, said Tom Gertz, Potters Guild Member and Pottery Studio Technician. “This is a great cause that we are happy to help with”.

The public is invited for lunch on:

Thursday May 18
Prince Albert Food Bank (64 11th Street East)

Last year we sold every bowl.  Come down and join us for lunch and take home a bowl, but come early so you get first pick for your bowl.” said Wes Clark, Prince Albert Food Bank Executive Director.

The prices are the same as last year, $20.00 for the stew and a bun with a ceramic bowl, $30.00 for stew and a bun in a wood turned bowl, or $10.00 for just stew and a bun.
