The City of Prince Albert will be hosting its annual spring auction for all used, obsolete or surplus items from City Police, the Fire Department and other City departments. Items include bicycles, vehicles, equipment and police recovered items.

Prince Albert, SK - The City of Prince Albert will once again be offering the Anti-Graffiti Paint Program. This program encourages citizens to help reduce graffiti vandalism by REPORTING IT, RECORDING IT and/or REMOVING IT. 


Drainage Channel Controlled Burn to start today

Prince Albert, Sk. –The Prince Albert Fire Department would like to advise the public that a controlled burn will be taking place in the drainage channel in the city starting today, Wednesday, April 24, 2019. The controlled burns will start at Muzzy Drive working through the channel to 6th Avenue East.

Fire Ban Declared for Little Red River Park and all residential property north of the North Saskatchewan River

Due to dry conditions currently experienced in the area, the City of Prince Albert has implemented a fire ban in the Little Red River Park and to all residential property north of the Saskatchewan River effective immediately. Open fires will be prohibited until further notice. This also applies to fireworks within these areas. Properly maintained fuel gas appliances are still permitted.

City Launches “We’re All Ears” Customer Service Survey

During the month of April individuals visiting or phoning City Hall will be able to share their experience with the City of Prince Albert. The City has launched “We’re All Ears,” a campaign to encourage feedback about customer service at City Hall. The survey is now available online and in paper format at City Hall.  “The City is in the business of serving residents and we want to ensure our service level is living up to their expectations and to the City’s Strategic Plan” said Ken Leclaire, Director of Corporate Services for the City of Prince Albert. “In order to develop a course of action we need to first get an understanding of what residents are experiencing during their interactions with City Hall.”
